Make your own Veggie Chips

We made both root chips and kale chips. It is a terrific autumn recipe.

You'll need:
seasoned salt
sea salt
kale in bit sized pieces
beets
sweet potatoes
potatoes
carrots



To make the kale chips, toss with seasoned salt and olive oil. Bake 350 for about 10 minutes.


To make some root chips, slice thin and blot on papertowels for about 10 minutes.


Toss with olive oil and sea salt. Bake in single layer on 375 for 15-20 minutes.
