Artist Study: Fra Angelico

This term we are studying Fra Angelico (Guido di Pietro) meaning the angelic friar. He was an artist during the Italian Renaissance and lived from 1395-1455.

A painter before he was a friar, in the convents that he lived in, he painted frescos, alterpieces, and screens.

The Last Judgement, 1432-1435
