Layers of Rock Model

After making our globe model,

we decided to try our hands at looking at

the layers of rock.

While we didn't focus on naming the layers,

we did consider how layers are stacked

on top of one another.

Ours was complete with

a couple of houses and trees

on the surface.

I have seen this one t-shirts

and made from a cake

that looked mighty delicious.
