Native American Camp

We spent some time at a Native American camp
this week.
We looked at dried animal fur.
My favorites were the fox and coyote.
Little Man was not interested in them
once Poppa put his hand in the coyote
to make it look alive.

A group of 30 fit in this tepee,
though not comfortably.

Poppa paints Ceesa's face.

We ate dried fruit, meat, and sunflower seeds.
We made beaded bracelets and had face painting.

Wishing you homeschool blessings,
Bethany

Hi Bethany,

This looks like lots of fun. Where did you go to see it?

Hugs,
Martha

A 4-H camp in our area hosts a homeschool day. It was one of the sessions that was available. Ceesa loves history, so it was sure to be a hit.
