We made a
puppet show
from The Mitten.
First,
we printed off
the masks
from

Then I put
contact paper
over them
and taped them
to stir sticks.
Next, it was time
to make
the mitten.
I
crocheted
ours.

You could
crochet one
or knit one
or sew one.
Of course, you will only need one mitten and you may want to make a different size so all the puppets fit. My mitten is approximately 8 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.

Such a cute idea! We read that one because it's a Ukrainian folk tale and our son was adopted from there. :) Found you on the homeschool hop!
